I would be happy to reference AVI. I love working with them. When the student properly submits their claims they are usually handled and paid in a reasonable amount of time. If there is any issue with the claim being paid it is usually due to the fact that either the doctor or student failed to submit properly. I just email Laurence, my contact at AVI, and she straightens the problem out right away. Laurence also gets back to me with answers to any questions within 24 hours. I rarely have to contact Jean-Luc but he also responds quickly if I need him. I can’t remember the last time I had to email him about anything as Laurence is wonderful.
I have never had any complaints about the customer service line from any host family. And I really can’t remember any major problems.
I love their website. I can print the student cards and extra forms easily, save them to my computer in PDF format and even email them to my host families and reps.
I have no complaints with AVI. They are a great company to work with and I definitely recommend them. J. D. - CASE Office Manager
